The spaceThis is a old Jewellery Manufacturer which has been repurposed into a mew house. The house is split over two floors; the ground and lower ground.
On the ground floor you are welcomed into a corridor. Where on your right handside you will find the living room, with a smart TV and log burner to keep you cosy for those cold winter evenings.
Across the corridor is the Kitchen and dining room. Comfortable enough to sit a family of 4/6 and to cook or bake with the family
Downstairs you have two bedrooms, which has light wells pouring natural light into the rooms. But also ELECTRIC blackout blinds to keep it dark when needed. Each bedroom benefits from a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The property is able to host up to 6 guests with lounge having a sofa bed. Both bedrooms can also be split as twin beds therefore we can host 5 individuals sleeping alone.
Prime / Netflix in bedrooms and lounge
WIFI throughout.
Mechanical ventilation system for fresh air and removal of pollutants
Guest accessGuests will have access to the whole property. The path leading to the house is shared with neighbours, so please be respectful. There is a smoking area outside within the courtyard,
Additional notesThis is a live wood log burner which requires care and attention. With the cost of wood we provide a starter (circa 8 logs+ kindling) pack to make fires and will replenish this every 3+ days. If you do need more wood you will need to replenish from a local supply
Guest interactionI give guests the space needed during there stay
Neighborhood overviewLocated on hall street, this is one of the main roads in the Jewellery Quarter. You will find independent coffee shops, restaurants and cafes. All within walking distance.
Getting aroundDue to its proximity in the centre, it is best to get around by walking. There is a pay and display 40m away on Branston, a multi-storey car park which can be used for parking or there is street parking but this has a time limit
